Youtube Music users on Android can now count on a new feature that will help them find content on the service more quickly.
According to the portal 9to5GoogleYoutube Music app for Android is now testing a new feature, which will allow you to find content using just a song buzz.
With the new search system, users can quickly search for content across the platform, by humming just part of the song. Ultimately, the system analyzes this information to provide the most applicable results.
The system is based on artificial intelligence, which analyzes users’ buzz to quickly find content, making it a simpler way to find songs if the name is unknown.
Although this system is new to YouTube Music, it is not new at all within the Google platform. Some time ago, Google’s voice search had a similar system, where users could also hum a little music to get results presented with approximate content.
The original YouTube app also started testing this functionality last year, and streaming platform Deezer has also had a similar system since 2022.
