Mauricio (Miguel Bojalio) sadly tells Simão (Pedro Souza) that he ended everything with Ulises (Edmundo Rosa) because he does not want to have children. Simao tells his friend that he is going to get some air to let him out.
Adriana (Joana de Verona) smiles happy that Simão has accepted her help with Humberto.
Xavier (Tiago Teotónio Pereira) angrily confronts Jaime (Fernando Pires) because he was already in the pie business without warning. Jaime tells him that Empadas na Hora is not his because his company will be called Empadas Guimaráes. They wonder, fascinated, who their rival will be.
Camila (Ana Varela) complains about Barbara (Madalena Brandão) to Matias (José Fidalgo), and becomes angry when she realizes that he is not listening to her. He leaves, still hearing Matthias asking Felicia (Susana Aries) to meet.
Jaime calls Empadas na Hora to ask the employee to speak to the company owner under the pretext that there is a problem with the order. He was amazed when he heard from the other end of the line.
Manuela (Helena Isabel) ends up agreeing with Teodoro (Nuno Homem de Sa) that he was right in what he did regarding Jaime. Teodoro thanks Manuela for her support. Manuela smiles seductively and Teodoro comes forward to kiss her, but Silverio interrupts the moment.
Mauricio furiously tells Simão that he has discovered that Ulysses finally has a wife and a son. Simão tells his friend that he thinks he is making excuses for not communicating with Ulysses, which leaves Mauricio upset.
Adriana tells Zizi (Catarina Siqueira) that she knows very well that she is only faking hurt to stay at Simão's house in order to win him over, stressing that she still has to take revenge on her for burning her hair. Emma bluntly asks Matthias if he is with Felicia. He looks at her in surprise.
Vasco confesses to Jaime that he is the owner of Empadas na Hora. Jaime told him it was ironic that he did that when he intended to open a business of the same type. Jaime and Xavier look menacingly at the fearless Vasco.
Matthias denies that Emma is with Felicia, saying that she can come to prove it. Emma refuses to leave. Felicia appears from the room and Matthias looks remorseful because he lied to Emma.
Jaime continues to aggressively confront Vasco for stealing his idea for pancakes, and warns him that he will sue him. Vasco simply smiles jokingly and wishes him good luck. Xavier tells Jaime that the best thing to do is to ask Matthias for help, who is willing to help him. Jaime was touched by Xavier's attitude.
