Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has opened vacancies for the second edition of its graduate program in the areas of Commercial Development, Field Sales and Environmental. This year’s edition has more vacancies, more areas within the company to choose and a duration of one year.
Aimed at recent graduates looking for their first professional experience, this programme, which now lasts for one year (in the latest edition it was only six months), aims to offer specific training, professional development and the opportunity to apply theory learned during the formative years. In this way, it helps to build a professional path and contacts.
The Graduate Program is only open for applications once a year, so selected graduates are integrated into various areas of the company at once.
The dissemination process of the program is directed through the various business schools and educational centers and the participants benefit from full training throughout the duration of the program.
The program also includes a mentoring system, thanks to which each of the graduates will have their own mentor who will accompany the learning and integration process and will be the reference point in the CCEP.
