aThe women raised banners demanding the immediate return of front-line fighters and setting a deadline for service for reservists, according to the Ostorozno Novosti channel on Telegram, citing the Spanish news agency Efe.
They also called for an urgent meeting with the new Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, who took office less than a month ago.
Shortly after the women gathered in front of the building, a police car arrived and an officer tried to persuade the women to disperse.
Instead, women of all ages, some accompanied by their children, knelt and continued their protest action.
In addition to the return of soldiers, protesters addressed the mistreatment of reservists and the indefinite nature of their buildup in Ukraine with police.
Women belonging to various organizations participated in the protest march, but not the most famous “Road Home,” which was declared a foreign agent on February 6.
Homeland Way leader Maria Andreeva was also included on the list after her organization openly supported the opposition outside parliament and publicly refused to support the re-election of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
In September 2022, the Russian President summoned 300,000 reserve soldiers to fight in Ukraine, although one of the points of the decree is secret, which opens the door to a new mobilization campaign.
This partial mobilization caused the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Russians of military age, who migrated to countries such as Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Armenia, as well as to other European countries.
