A 31-year-old kite passenger has died and three others were injured after a small tornado struck Villers-sur-Mer Beach, on the Côte Fleurie coast, in Normandy, France, Saturday night.
The wounded were hit by flying objects and taken to hospital.

The windsurfer who died lived in Paris and had a second home on the Normandy coast.
