On Tuesday morning, between 8am and 10am, thousands of WhatsApp users reported problems accessing the app. Although it was possible to open Application, Either on their cell phones or on their computers, many of them were unable to send messages. Failures were reported by users through other social networks, such as Twitter. Services began to restore at 10 am.
