ZFrench agency AFP reported that Elensky will sign “an intergovernmental agreement to support the Ukrainian industrial and defense complex” on social media.
The Ukrainian leader arrived at Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, southeast England, where the Fourth Summit of the European Political Community (CPE) is taking place.
Zelensky said he would hold bilateral meetings with other leaders attending the CPE summit, according to Spanish agency EFE.
He said he hoped to sign security agreements that would guarantee Kiev long-term military support in the fight against Russian forces occupying Ukraine in February 2022.
The Ukrainian head of state will meet with other representatives of the British Labor government and directors of several organizations in the defense sector.
