The three husbands now enter a very small room containing three bunk beds, and the women do not understand what they are doing there. Couples are trying to explain that they have experienced an unexpected event and they don’t know how to tell what is really going on.
Joao Maria (Ricardo Treppa) is lying on the couch lost in complaints. He says he never thought he would become a slave to a group of old men. Abel (Julio Cesare) warns Ana Carolina (Beatrice Barrosa) that Joao Maria is only complaining and she says that’s what he knows how to do best.
Manuel (Vitor Norte) warns of problems in the kitchen with Quina (Maria Ruff) and Aurelio (Manuel Marquez). He’s trying to lubricate her and she’s turned upside down.
Albino (Pedro Alves), Fernando (Manuel Marquez) and Tommy (Pedro Teixeira) tell the principal that they cannot stay in that room with bunk beds, because their wives will not accept it. The principal says the alternative is a dungeon, but they want to keep the police out of it. They ask the manager to let them go get the dollars from the village, but the manager doesn’t let them leave the hotel without paying the bill, yet they can stay there and work.
Celeste (Margarida Antunes) goes to Peixoto (Vitor Emanuel) and is very angry, because the priest (Carlos M. Cunha) hinted that she might have been the one who stole the water park. Celeste says if it were her, she wouldn’t have had any problems assuming that, because someone should have stopped him, but that just wasn’t the case. Peixoto says that Padre’s theory is not unreasonable and Celeste is even more indignant.
The friends rehearse, but it doesn’t go well, as they are out of tune and sing out of time. Elizabeth says they have to identify the problem to fix it. Friends joke with her that they already know her and that she should date Paolo (Helder Agapito). They practice again but a noise is heard in the street and Fatima goes to see what it is. Fatima (Marta Andreno) sees nothing and they are all worried.
Antonio (Luis Simoes) and Jorge (Manuel Melo) come down the stairs of the council, complain to each other for making noise and almost get caught. They realize that Fatima and Manuela (Ines Heredia) were members of the council. Jorge asks if anyone else will be there and if they are men. Antonio gets angry and wants to go back there, but Jorge thinks it’s best not to.
The manager reviews the three already dressed couples according to the role they will play. The manager talks to them as if they were recruits and says he does not acknowledge incompetence. The women feel angry that they are in this situation and the husbands are very upset that they are exposing their wives to this situation.
