Ukraine’s road authority, Okratodor, has appealed to the country’s citizens to remove all road signs in Ukraine, in a bid to make it difficult for the Russian military to travel in the country.
In a Facebook post, accompanied by a computer-edited image to replace site names with Russian insults, the road authority appeals to “Priority Number One” to remove “site names”, and asks Ukrainians to hand over the “collected collection of boards to local authorities”.
“The enemy does not direct themselves on the ground, let us help them go straight to Hell,” the road authority pleads in the post.
Videos of Ukrainians removing banners have already been circulated on social media.
