If Scotland renews its parliament, the rest of the UK will have 5,000 seats in 145 municipalities on May 6, including 13 directly elected mayors (including London), police commissioners, the Welsh parliament, and a deputy seat, after a previous resignation. The broad election law, which was postponed for a year due to the epidemic, comes a few days after the prime minister was surrounded by suspicions.
