Comboios de Portugal (CP) and Transportes Urbanos de Braga (TUB) will have ongoing promotions to try to ease traffic flow during the next White Night of Braga, which will take place from September 6 to 8, in the city centre.
Regarding rail transport, CP will apply a fare of three euros (round trip) between Porto and Braga, on Porto urban trains, between September 6 and 8. The same company is also applying a 30% discount on return tickets for interregional and regional trains, this time for a longer period (between September 5 and 9).
Regarding bus passenger transport, TUB has special tickets for sale for 1 euro (round trip), every 10 minutes, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and again between 9:00 pm and 5:00 pm, this time every five minutes.
The places where passengers must be present to board these buses are: Minhocenter, Eleclerc and Estádio Municipal de Braga.
As O MINHO reported, Carminho, Pedro Abronhosa, Bárbara Bandeira, Os Quatro e Mia, Quim das Remestões and Daniel Pereira Cristo are some of the names that make up the poster for Noite Branca de Braga, 2024 edition.
On September 6, Carminho, Os Quatro e Mia, Van Zee and Bispo, Nomb, Lucas de Freitas, Kim das Remistoras, André Salvador, En Loco and Bobby e Moi will perform.
On Saturday 7, Pedro Abronhosa, Babara Bandeira, Wet Bed Gang, Deejay Tilio, Nomp, Farofa, Afrobrothers and Andre Salvador will perform.
Finally, Daniel Pereira Cristo from Braga is scheduled to give a concert on Sunday.
Braga’s White Night is a cultural and entertainment initiative, usually organised at the beginning of September, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors to the city centre.
