On Monday, one person died and nine were injured in the coastal town of Zieriksee in the southwest of the Netherlands due to a cyclone.
This phenomenon, the first of its kind to cause deaths in three decades, occurred at the beginning of the tourist season in that city and left behind the effects of destruction, with the uprooting of rooftops and the cutting of trees.
