TOny Carrera spoke on Wednesday, December 20, with Manuel Luis Goscha and María Cerqueira Gomez, as part of a special TVI broadcast dedicated to Misão Continente. The singer quickly wanted to clarify the recent news that appears to be untrue.
Last December, Tony celebrated the 35th anniversary of his career in a special show, and spoke backstage live on the Em Família program, presented by Maria Cerqueira Gomez and Ruben Roa, and their absence from the concert led the singer to say: “I wanted to send word to Ruben Rua and Maria Cerqueira Gomez, who said they would come to my concert when I was on the show. They promised they would come. That’s all.”
Now, Tony Carrera has been keen to clarify that, contrary to what some rosy media outlets have reported, he is not upset with Ruben and Maria and that it was all just a joke.
