However, now AMD has revealed its version of the requirements to run the game at 4K, 1440p and 1080p, with branded components.
For a “legendary” 4K experience, in an experience with absolute no compromises, AMD recommends the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor; AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU and up to an AMD X670 motherboard.
For an “epic” experience with 1440p resolution and higher frame rates, AMD recommends the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor; AMD Radeon RX 7800 GPU and AMD B650 motherboard.
For a visually smooth and balanced 1080p experience, AMD recommends the AMD Ryzen 7 7600 processor; AMD Radeon RX 7600 GPU and AMD A620 motherboard.
These base profiles only represent components made by AMD, but from Steam Store requirements we know that Starfield will need at least 16GB of RAM and 125GB of SSD disk storage.
It should also be noted that none of these profiles provided by AMD meet the requirements for the Steam Store or the Microsoft Store, where they are identical. In other words, the options AMD shares aren’t just a marketing piece for their latest hardware.
