Airless tires aren’t yet commonplace. However, they’re already in development and companies are making big promises about their benefits, especially durability. Because they’re promising, we asked our readers whether they’d consider replacing their current tires with airless ones. See what the results were.
Can you change your car tires with airless tires (like Michelin tires)?
After completing the last question, now follow the publication of all the results through analysis. 2285 Responses received.
The results showed that the vast majority of readers who participated in the final question, 1,703, or 75%, would change their car tires to airless tires like those developed by Michelin. In a smaller number, 582 participants (25%) answered that they would not swap.
