The United States says Russia has already given orders to military leaders to invade Ukraine. Washington also says Moscow has a list of Ukrainians who will be massacred or sent to concentration camps after the invasion, which Washington says is imminent. The Kremlin denies the existence of such a list.
Meanwhile, on the ground, cease-fire violations continue in the separatist regions of eastern Ukraine and the evacuation of thousands of people living in Donetsk and Lugansk to Russian territory.
Separatist leaders continue to send women and children to Russia. Moscow says more than 60,000 people have been evacuated from the area.
The Ukrainian authorities and observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, said that violations of the cease-fire continue in the separatist eastern regions, with the intensification of shelling and exchange of fire in recent days.
The United States has revealed new satellite images showing more Russian military movements along the border. Washington also sent a letter to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights denouncing the existence of an alleged list of Ukrainians the Kremlin would want to kill or send to concentration camps after the invasion. Moscow has already denied the existence of such a list.
