The Supreme Judicial Council issued a clarification on I mentioned the denial of three judges To participate in the searches for FC Porto requested by Judge Carlos Alexandre. According to that body, two judges were required to be present “in a search for the implementation, among other things, of FC Porto”. Before the tie between all TIC judges, only one judge asked for an excuse “to allege personal relations with certain officials”. The lottery went ahead, “two judges have been appointed for the searches” and Carlos Alexandre, according to the CSM, made “no participation.”
