Health in the Neighborhood offers medical and dental services from Wednesday (12) starting at 7 am to 5 pmin the Nordeste de Amaralena neighborhood, in Salvador.
Service units have been set up in Largo do Ariel, where they will continue until July 24, to receive residents of the neighborhood and neighboring areas.
Interested parties must present the SUS and RG card and request the intended tests. In the absence of a medical request, the citizen will be subject to medical advice immediately, with limited spaces released daily.
Interested parties will be able to schedule dental appointments, preventive exams with or without colposcopy, x-rays, and specialist medical appointments; Transthoracic echocardiogram and electrocardiogram. Ultrasound (total abdominal, color Doppler, carotid, thyroid, bilateral breast, pelvic/gynecological); Laboratory and immunization.
With the promotion of the Municipality of Salvador, through the Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS), Saúde nos Neighborhoods visited seven other highly populated centers in the city, crossing the mark of more than 170,000 procedures performed. The neighborhoods that have already benefited are Bosque das Bromélias, Jardim das Margaridas, Tororó, Calabetão, Bom Juá, Cajazeiras and Fazenda Coutos III.
