LaLiga has partnered with Think Sports to launch LaLiga soccer schools across the country. The expansion plan for MKTEsportivoCast was already presented upon interviewing Albert Castillo, Spanish Entity Representative in Brazil. The program serves children and adolescents between the ages of 4 and 17, with physical education applied through an organization-specific methodology.
According to the model applied, Brazil will follow the same paths that LaLiga discovered in India, with the help of the entity’s technical directors to fully enter schools in the country. The first sessions are scheduled to take place later this year in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Parana, Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais.
“The application of the LaLiga methodology, which has been adapted to the reality of this country, will bring young football experiences and concepts from Spain and this will contribute to its global development,” Castillo said.
“I am sure that thanks to our experience implementing other sports programs in the country in recent years, we will transform the lives of young people and children from all over the country into a life that is fun, enjoyable, respectful, educational and unique, of course, a dedicated environment. For high-quality football,” the CEO added. For Think Sports, Arthur Borelli.
In addition to Brazil, LaLiga has entered into new partnerships in the United Kingdom. There, the entity would be with Swerve Soccer and Bede’s Summer School, with the same methodology as well.
Reaching Brazil and the UK enhances the appeal of Spanish football in even the most mature football markets. By working alongside local experts, LaLiga will apply the knowledge it has accumulated over the years to help add a new dimension to local playing styles and increase the love for football.
