On May 23, the “Saúde na BR” expansion project will hold a commemorative event marking its 10th anniversary. The meeting will be held from 8 a.m., in the amphitheater of the Manuel Sarmiento Pavilion of the Uesb, Jequié Campus.
The initiative, coordinated by Professor Sergio Yreid, targets teachers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, health professionals, researchers and other audiences interested in the topic of the event. About the project – The initiative was created by the Research Center for Bioethics and Spirituality (Nube) and is linked to the Postgraduate Program in Nursing and Health (PPGES). This action is carried out in partnership with Via Bahia and the Federal Highway Police, and aims to offer health education actions in a multidisciplinary way.
The actions are carried out through the work of health professionals, students and teachers in the fields of dentistry, nursing, nutrition, physical education, medicine, psychology, physiotherapy and spirituality, always aimed at truck drivers traveling on BR 116, Km 767.
