The ACeS Vale do Sousa Tâmega II southern project, comprising the Paredes, Penafiel and Castelo de Paiva units, was one of 12 projects selected for the second edition of the Human Capital in Health grant. In the form of a training camp, an intensive training space aimed at developing important skills in many areas, it will take place on the 10th and 11th of March, at the Hotel Vila Galé, in Coimbra.
With the aim of recognizing and enhancing the human capital of the National Health Service, SNS, and providing professionals with the skills to promote a positive change in their reality, particularly in the field of leadership in the human dimension, this scholarship is an initiative of the Portuguese Association of Hospital Administrators, APAH, and has the technical advisory and support of Nobox Gilead Sciences.
All applications have been evaluated by the APAH administration, and in addition to this structure, they move to the next training phase, ACeS Grande Porto VI – Porto Oriental, Hospitals of Médio Ave, Universitário de Lisboa Central and Lisboa Norte, Hospitals of Braga, Figueira da Foz Province , Espirito Santo of Évora, Senhora da Oliveira de Guimarães and Institutes of Ophthalmology Dr. Gama Pinto, Portuguese oncologist in Coimbra as well as the local health unit in Matosinhos.
