memory of the law
The Public Service Users Defense Marathon is being developed by the Communications Working Group of the National Ombudsman Network, chaired by the Ombudsman of Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC), with the support of the Federal Comptroller General, through the Ombudsman-General of the Union (OGU) . This initiative marks the fourth anniversary of Law No. 13.460/2017, which deals with participation, protection and defense of the rights of users of public administration services.
Each ombudsman will post cards and audio recordings on their social networks and will be able to develop procedures in their area. Parts are available on the web page. With the #esse Direitoédetodos, the message is always to encourage citizens to use the Ombudsman to report, request, suggest, praise and complain about the services provided in their city. The three ombudsmen with the most views will win gold, silver, and bronze medals for social engagement.
