What is the main purpose of Postgraduate degree in digital health?
The main objective of this course is to train participants to be agents of change and digital transformation in healthcare. How is the program organized?
Classes online and in person. It is available mainly online, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, to facilitate the participation of students from all over the country and even from Brazil. These sessions are live-streamed with presentations, discussions and dynamic breaks. At the end of the course, the sessions are in-person, to also allow participants to get to know each other in person, visit the innovative telehealth center, present their personal work and discuss in a group ultimately their integrated knowledge and experiences.

First, this postgraduate course was actually the first in Portugal dedicated to digital health, and there have been MSc courses in medical informatics for several years, but the focus and dynamics are mainly on supporting research with a relative absence in discussion of the management and leadership aspects of achieving this.
