The Municipal Health Department (SMS) continues the first phase of the national campaign of vaccination against influenza in Vitoria da Conquista, with programming between 25 and 29 April, in five basic health units, for elderly people aged 60 years or over and with active health workers.
Vaccination dates are from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm at the headquarters of Dr. Admario Santos (District of Brazil), Panorama, d. João Milo Velho (Ibirapuera district), CAE II (São Vicente district) and Hugo de Castro (Guarani district).
D-Day of mobilization will be next Saturday (30th) and information with today’s schedule will be posted on the official City Hall channels this week.
At the time of vaccination, the elderly person must present an identity document or SUS card and the vaccination book. For health workers, in addition to the personal document, it is also necessary to submit a statement confirming the active connection to the health service, the previous month’s salary check or badge. For the self-employed, the evidence is an income tax return or discharge certificate with the semester board.
The goal in Vitoria da Conquista is to vaccinate 90% of the priority groups for phase I, which is estimated at 42,281 elderly and 10,920 health workers.
The influenza vaccination campaign and the vaccination against Covid-19 are carried out simultaneously, and the two vaccines may be given at the same time, or at any period with other vaccinations in the national vaccination calendar, to people over the age of 12 years. Or more.
