“Promoting access to mental health units is a fundamental right of a quality population. Therefore, it is necessary to create spaces for discussion in favor of social inclusion and the exercise of citizenship by service users and their families, and to encourage the active participation of all”, stresses the municipal mental health coordinator, Luana Nunes.
