In Zagreb, Sharif made history by being the first Moldova team to reach the group stage of the Champions League after a goalless draw with Dinamo, benefiting from a 3-0 home win. Moldova population is part of pot 4.
In Ukraine, the locals tied 2-2 in overtime after Monaco equalized, concluding the play-off with a 3-2 score on aggregate, concluding pot 3.
In Denmark, Salzburg repeated the result of the first leg and beat Bronde 2-1 and was included in Pot 4 of the tie.
As for the Portuguese teams, Sporting is part of Pot 1, the National League champions and winners of the Champions League and Europa League last season, while FC Porto and Benfica are merged into Pot 3.
