The situation is repeated in several regions of the state: in Campos Gerais, Greater Curitiba, as well as in Londrina, north of Paraná. Kilometers-free cars donated by the state government to municipal health departments are being parked, and not used.
On February 4, Londrina received thirty new cars from the state government. Cars not yet used and waiting for bureaucratic procedures. Donation was made for use by the Family Health Program.
Londrina Municipal Health Minister Felipe Machado says there is a bureaucratic procedure, such as documenting municipal tenure. On a note, the volume says expectations are that the new cars will be in use next week.

After a report showing cars that have been parked in Ponta Grossa for more than a month, the city government has been told that insurance quotes and then planning still need to be completed.
According to the municipality, the vehicles are supposed to start operating later this month.
In Cuatro Barras, in the metropolitan area of Curitiba, the city government responded that the parked cars the report recorded were already drying up because they had been washed and had already been used by the health programme.
