sOn Saturday, four people were stabbed by a thief in a major hospital in Shanghai, according to Reuters. The second such case is at stake after the lifting of confinement measures imposed on the city in early June.

At the scene, the police found a man who had held a crowd hostage under knife stabbing, on the seventh floor of the outpatient department. When the man threatened to harm the hostages, police opened fire on the hostages, according to local police.
According to the same source, none of the injured were in a critical condition, and the police are already investigating the attack.
An official said Ruijin Hospital has been completely closed and all appointments scheduled for today have been cancelled.
