Hortense realizes that Fernando knows Fatima and Mariana are cousins and is indignant for making his life hell. Hortense says he will tell the truth, Fatima has the right to know that she owns part of the hotel and family fortune.
Manuel and Carmenho threw Andre onto the bed while drunk. Carmenio says he will watch until nothing happens to him. Manuel is angry because she does not remember their wedding anniversary.
Musa asks Aida for forgiveness, and thinks they can compensate, but she says the divorce remains. Aida is disturbed by the conversation with her ex-husband and suffers from chest pains.
Salvador passes Sosenia’s house and smells strange. He came back to knock on the door, but no one answered. Salvador tries to wake Sãozinha, and goes for oral resuscitation when she regains consciousness. Ivone auscultates Sãozinha weak. Jacinta is worried.
Guida talks about the needs her mother had to keep and that Jacinta was most affected, who did not go to the conservatory to study. Remy feels guilty.
Fernando tells his daughter to stop having conflicts with Fatima because Hortense has seen them arguing.
Aida is having trouble breathing. Olympia enters and explains to Thomas and Gustavo that the doctor suspects the aneurysm has burst.
Jacinta asks about her mother. Gida doesn’t know, she says, she must have been in the oven by now, but Jacinta noticed she had left the dough in there.
Hortense arrives at the bakery and carries two messages from Susenia. Jacinta’s mother says she went to the monastery with a vow of silence. She thanks Salvador for saving her.
