Seniors over the age of 66 and health professionals will receive a second dose of the vaccine against Covid-19 in Palmas starting Monday (26). The application will be submitted from 9 am to 4 pm in three Family Health Units (FHU) in the central, northern and southern regions of the capital. See the sites below
Over the course of the week, people in these groups who received the first dose of CoronaVac immune system within 21 to 28 days will be able to receive the second application.
According to the city council, in order to vaccinate the public at this stage, they must go to the vaccination sites with personal documents (RG or CNH and CPF) and vaccination card with the registration of the first dose. Application points are:
- USF to Arno 44 – 409 North ex
- USF Luian Morena – Donkey 24, Antega 210 sol
- USF Bella Vista South region
Complete immunization occurs within 15 days after the application of the second dose.
According to the Municipal Health Secretariat (Semus) in Palmas, the procedure scheduled for this week also includes continued care for elderly people over the age of 65 and health professionals. These masses will be vaccinated on Tuesday (27), from 8am to 1pm, at Ulbra Gym.
The city said it expects to receive more doses against Covid-19 in the coming days and plans to expand this week’s campaign to serve people over the age of 64. According to the municipality, the procedure should take place next Thursday (29) in drive-thru format at two locations: Praia da Graciosa, from 8 am to 5 pm and the covered exhibition at Jardim Aureny III, from 8 in the morning until 4 pm.
