What does the Galaxy A55 screen look like?
The Galaxy A55 has a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The aspect ratio is 19.5:9, and the device also offers a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and HDR10+ support. It has an Always on Display function and the maximum brightness can reach 1000 nits.
In other words, it has practically the same characteristics as its predecessor, but with an increase of 0.2 inches (about 5 mm), measured diagonally. It's a great quality screen, with deep, vibrant blacks, excellent contrast and good brightness for outdoor use.
A refresh rate of up to 120Hz means some content has smoother motion. This happens due to the high refresh rate of the screen. Therefore, the higher the number of frames per second in your animation or video, the smoother the movement appears to your eyes.
The maximum brightness of 1000 nits is a measurement equivalent to the light of 1000 nits illuminated. This is the level reached in maximum brightness mode, and is only activated when the cell phone detects the need for sunlight. Either way, it's an excellent viewing screen for use in any environment.
In the settings, you can choose the Vivid or Natural display mode. In the first case, it is still possible to adjust the white balance to make colors cooler or warmer. This way, you can make the screen more to your liking, including saturation and vividness.
