Samsung’s wide range of TVs helps users define their own experience with the devices they use every day through more user-friendly technology. This year, Samsung is taking another step in its ever-evolving journey by simplifying users’ daily lives through seamless multi-device integration across the entire ecosystem through its SmartThings smart home platform.
“In 2023, we are pushing the boundaries of innovation to offer our users more than just premium picture quality, but also a comprehensive, premium device experience tailored to what they need and want in their connected home.” said Cheolgi Kim, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “With SmartThings, our advanced technology is seamless and intuitive, making life more sustainable, accessible and fun every day.”.
Samsung’s latest range of Neo QLED 8K and 4K TVs provides users with premium options to suit their every need. The Neo QLED’s picture quality is based on Samsung’s advanced Quantum Neural Processor and Quantum Mini LED technology with 14-bit color processing and AI upscaling, enabling features such as Adaptive Shape Lighting Control and Real Depth Enhancer Pro for picture-realistic 3D.
Samsung’s 2023 Neo QLEDs also go beyond Ultra HD, using a proprietary Samsung algorithm to create new HDR auto-remastering. Using AI deep learning technology to analyze and apply real-time High Dynamic Range (HDR) effects to SDR content frame by frame, making SDR content brighter and more vibrant for ultimate immersion.
Moreover, SmartThings users no longer need to purchase a SmartThings dongle to connect and control Zigbee and Thread devices. In 2023, the SmartThings Zigbee & Matter Thread One-Chip Module will be built directly into Samsung products. And for the best connected device experience, SmartThings automatically syncs devices to make it easy to control not only Samsung devices, but also third-party and IoT devices for simple and seamless connectivity.
- conversation group: Users can easily join a live chat group to share ideas and interact in real time with others who are also watching the same content.

- View a 3D mapDesigned to allow users to conveniently control and monitor connected devices, Samsung’s 3D Map View gives users a bird’s-eye view of their home and all their SmartThings devices.
The 2023 MICRO LED range introduces new models ranging from 50 to 140 inches to provide users with a variety of options for an unparalleled picture quality and screen experience. Due to its modular nature, MICRO LED is not bound by shape, proportion and size, making it completely customizable to adapt the desired configuration to any space. Also, since it’s bezel-less, no matter the configuration, the boundary between screen and real life doesn’t exist.
And to give users even more viewing options, Samsung’s 2023 OLED lineup is now available in 55″, 65″ and new extra-large 77″ models. Samsung’s latest OLED lineup comes with Quantum Dot technology developed for Samsung’s new QLEDs, as well as quantum neural processors, to maintain the strengths of OLED technology while improving its luminosity and color representation.
