After winning a boxing match last Saturday, Logan Paul challenged WWE United States Champion Rey Mysterio.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, the Hall of Famer confirmed that Logan Paul will be present at SmackDown Live next Friday.
He said: Correct me if I am wrong. He said: “I have my eye on someone and something. United States Champion Rey Mysterio.
And I thought: “What did he just say? It can’t be. I had to take it back to make sure.”
Well, it’s not hard to find me. You can find me every Friday night on SmackDown. So I can’t wait to see what he has to say.
I personally think he was really good in the ring. He just won a fight, so his optimism level is at its peak and his adrenaline is rising, so I think he felt very comfortable.
The question now is whether he will be comfortable when we decide to fight this fight.
Well, I’ll see what he says on Friday. We’ll have to tune in to SmackDown this Friday night because he challenged me and I responded.
But now we’re going to face each other and I have to listen to what he has to say.
