In the atmosphere of this sunny and light period, Claro invites you to listen to the famous song “We Are the Champions”, by the legendary band Queen, which is covered in special campaign videos that celebrate the beginning of the new year. An anthem for great celebrations, the song is the perfect soundtrack to honor Claro's connections with so many heroes, delivering a vibrant message, with many accomplishments, and starring real customers.
The campaign, which was launched on the fourth Thursday, highlights the awards received by Claro, which enhances the quality and efficiency of the services provided. As measured by Ookla's Speedtest®, the operator has the fastest and most stable 5G network that delivers the best video and gaming experience in Brazil, as well as having the most stable Wi-Fi network in the country. As a leader in the TV sector and with a quality already recognized by the public, Claro proves to be the operator with a complete and reliable portfolio.
The campaign not only celebrates achievements but also highlights the partnership and shared experiences in the trust relationship between the brand and consumers. Selecting these real customers, with a relationship spanning five, ten or 15 years, aims to enhance the satisfaction and success of this relationship, and reinforce Claro's commitment to always keeping them at the centre.
In the video, they experience real-life situations, as they use Claro to communicate with friends, enjoy music, watch favorite shows on TV, work, and share special moments. All this to the tune of the emotive song “We Are the Champions”, performed in a fun, karaoke-like way by Thiago Livre, Claro’s spokesman since 2016.
“The careful choice of track reflects the core message of the campaign: ‘We are the champions’. This is what Claro wants to reinforce, that all the success, all the achievements, all the excellent results of the brand are the result of a strong partnership. Moreover, we show that today’s Claro meets everyday needs.” Par excellence, whether for work, study, family communication or entertainment, we seek real emotions and stories to embody fun and fruitful delivery.“, explains Anne Lopez, Claro’s Director of Marketing, Branding and Communications.

“Claro has been constantly investing, evolving and growing, which gives us the pleasure of communicating facts. This campaign is a celebration of all the achievements the brand has achieved over the past year and a welcome message to the new year. We are taking this moment to also celebrate this multi-year partnership between Claro and Talent, so Join all our customers and let us shout and sing that we are champions.“, comments Rodrigo Lugato, Executive Creative Director at the agency.
This entire move is a celebration of another multi-championship tournament for Claro and its millions of customers. In addition to the Ookla Awards, Claro has also been awarded by numerous entities across various services.
