Pixel 8 Google Camera has been leaked with new features and an improved interface

Several Pixel 8 specs have already been leaked, but one of the most interesting features is definitely the Google Camera app, which was leaked today by Google’s internal sources via the portal. Starting with the interface, the first new feature includes two buttons at the bottom of the app for switching between photo and video modes, making it even easier to switch between capture modes.

Another change to note for those already using a Google Pixel is the button to switch between the front and back camera, which is now displayed on the right side, while the Gallery button is now on the left side (both have been reversed).

The same has been applied to the Settings pop-up, which is now opened by swiping from bottom to top and no longer top to bottom. You can also press the button in the lower left corner to access the same menu.

Some modes have been divided into tabs, such as “Motion”, which is now divided into “Long Exposure” and “Panoramic Action”, which will help new users understand that they work in different situations.
