During the week of June 19-23, in Brasília (DF), representatives of the Pato Branco City Council participated in the 13th EnGITEC. The meeting is promoted annually by the Federal Senate, through the Interlegis programme, with the aim of offering exchange and technological upgrading to civil servants, advisors and advisors. The program is wide and varied, with workshops, lectures, short courses, round tables, open spaces for discussions and moments of integration. City council representatives from all over Brazil were present.
Câmara de Pato Branco was part of the program, presenting the servers Eliana Scariot Amorim and Gian Dranka “SAPL – Complete System in the Municipal Council of Pato Branco”, where the aim was to show how the Casa became a reference when using, since 2017, the process support system Legislative Council (SAPL), submitted by the Federal Senate, through Interlegis.
The servants Daniele Polzan, Giovanni Tonon and Layan Carnell also attended the ceremony, which was attended by the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, Chancellor Tanja Kaminski (PP), who, given its importance, accompanied the parade. It is a work that has been carried out year after year by civil servants, with the support of all the presidents who have served in the Chamber during this period. The show showed, for the whole of Brazil, how Pato Branco was one of the pioneers in the use of SAPL and how it continues to make a difference in smooth functioning, enhanced regulation of legislative power and transparency for citizens. The president explained.
Legislative Process Support System (SAPL)
The Legislative Process Support System (SAPL) is a consulting system that allows any citizen to follow the legislative process, which includes the progress of requests, indicators and projects, in addition to consulting municipal legislation, decisions and legislative decrees, in an easier way. And the fastest way.
Internally, it provides the organization of all actions, including the voting board, making sure that everything is archived and made available for consultation, in digital form. SAPL, as well as the Modelo portal, which provides the basic structure for the city council website, is offered by the Federal Senate, through the Interlegis program, which was created with the aim of modernizing legislatures and offering benefits, such as equipment, applications, training and support. The Pato Branco City Council has been using Interlegis products since 2017 and has become a model that serves as a reference for others.
