According to information updated on the SNS portal at 08:50, the greatest impact was felt in Greater Lisbon, with many services closed.
Currently, the hospitals of Santo André (Leiria), Beatriz Angelo (Lores) and Nossa Senhora do Rosario (Barreiro) have two emergency services closed: Gynecology and Obstetrics and Pediatrics.
In the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region, the Garcia de Orta Hospital (Almada) closed the Gynecology and Obstetrics Emergency Department, while the São Bernardo (Setúbal) and Rainha Santa Isabel (Torres Novas) Hospitals closed the Pediatric Emergency Department.
In the north, Chavez Hospital closed its pediatric emergency department, and in the south, the only reported case was at Portimao Hospital, which closed its maternity emergency department.
In the capital, the Gynecology and Obstetrics Emergency Department of the Dr. Fernando Fonseca Hospital (Amadura-Sintra) remains open 24 hours a day, and the Pediatric Emergency Department of the same health unit is open between 00:00 and 08:00 and between 00:00 and 08:00. 20:00 and 24:00.

The Obstetric Emergency Department of Santa Maria Hospital is available 24 hours a day to receive cases recommended by the National Institute of Medical Emergencies (INEM).
During these periods, services classified as reference for internal emergencies and cases referred by the Urgent Patients Guidance Centre (CODU) of the National Institute of Medical Emergencies (INEM) and via the SNS 24 line are booked.
