Galaxy S23 will be Samsung’s best smartphone of the year. And with the Mobile World Congress taking place in Barcelona at the end of February, one would think that the South Korean giant would be presenting the devices there.
But in the past few hours it has been confirmed that the presentation of the Galaxy S23 will happen much earlier, on February 1st. The revelation was made through social media.
Samsung Galaxy S23 was officially unveiled on February 1
The description of the upcoming Samsung Unpacked event reads: “Make your epic moments in the spotlight.” The video clip is short, and shows the word Galaxy surrounded by a spotlight.
At the beginning of the video, there is a clear indication of what the new smartphone cameras will be. Remember, the Galaxy S22 Ultra arrived with separate sensors on the back (as many spotlights).
According to the leaks, this design language will be followed on all Galaxy S23 models. And this little snippet of humor seems to confirm just that.
The Galaxy Unpacked event will be in San Francisco
The event in question will be held in San Francisco, US, and will be the first Galaxy Unpacked phone to gain an audience after the pandemic. As always, you’ll be able to watch online through Samsung’s official channels.
Everything will happen after 6 p.m. on February 1st. Let the hype train begin.
