In its Portugal Mobile Network Experience Report for February 2022, Opensignal NOS crowned the winner in all seven categories, highlighting video experience, download speed and 4G availability.
In the remaining categories, NOS was the winner along with the other operators.

In the study, conducted between September 1 and November 29, 2021, user experience with the three national operators was evaluated in seven categories:
- Video experience
- gaming experience
- Voice app experience
- Download speed test
- Download speed test
- 4G availability
- 4G coverage.

In January, Ookla® marked the NOS mobile network as the fastest in Portugal, being the first national operator to receive the award. The recognition of NOS as the "fastest mobile network" was based on the results of more than 185 thousand tests conducted on the Speedtest platform for users from all over the country and customers of the three national operators, taking into account average download and upload speeds.
Mobile Network NOS also featured in this year's 18th Product 2022 Edition as the most advanced mobile network offering, in the Communications Experience category.
