Tania Ribas de Oliveira was touched by the story of being a guest on RTP1’s “A Nossa Tarde”.
Last Thursday, November 25, Tania Ribas de Oliveira welcomed Katia Lima to the program this afternoon, from RTP1 and was affected by guest testimony.
Katia Lima was imprisoned for two years and eight months because she worked for two years in a “social association” that was raising money for wheelchairs, but the work was illegal and was just a “money machine” while scamming hundreds of people. However, without a job and with an economic crisis in Portugal, the guest saw only one solution, and that was to return to cheating.
“There was an easy way to make money and it’s the way I learned”, began to reveal. Katya Lima opened a “front company” and continued the work of her former employer, but was eventually discovered and arrested.
In response to a question from the presenter how it is possible to live long without children, the guest replied: Nobody lives in a prison. This does not exist”. The guest admitted that it cost her the most to live away from her children and to choose who would visit her in prison.
A prisoner in this country cannot receive his three young children with my mother for a visit. I had to choose, he added. In the face of these statements, Tania Ribas de Oliveira, who is also the mother of two sons, Pedro and Thomas Cardoso, was broadcast live.
“I lived in panic, woke up with my dead colleagues”Follow the guest.
After listening to the testimony, the presenter left a message for all viewers. “There is a whole fact that people are completely ignorant of it, and that this, on the one hand, continues because it is a sign that they are not going to jail. On the other hand, it is good to know what is going on. [dentro de uma prisão] So that you can help these people.”, confirmed.
