The NFL has signed a deal with ITV to be the new home of broadcast television in the UK and Ireland after signing a three-year deal.
Laura Woods will be the presenter of the new coverage, and Jason Bell and Osei Omniora continue to work as analysts for Gridiron’s coverage in the UK.
The 2022 season kicks off on September 9, when the defending Super Bowl champions the Los Angeles Rams face the Buffalo Bills.
ITV will present its first weekly one-hour shows on the same day at 11:30 pm.
The deal will bring the peak of the season, Super Bowl LVII, live from Glendale, Arizona on February 12, 2023.
While ITV will also show two of the season’s three London games; The New York Giants face the Green Bay Packers at Tottenham Hotspur on October 9, before the Jacksonville Jaguars face the Denver Broncos at Wembley Stadium on October 30.
The New Deal brings the NFL back to ITV for the first time since the network broadcast the last three consecutive Super Bowls in 2007.
