Portuguese cyclist Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia) said today, Tuesday, that he hopes to achieve a “good result for the RNF team” in the next race of the MotoGP World Championship, the Catalan Grand Prix, which will be held this weekend.
The Almada driver was forced to retire from the main race in the previous race in Austria due to a technical problem with the front wheel of his Aprilia.

“After a disappointing result in Austria, I’m excited to turn things around and get a good result for the team,” the Portuguese driver said, quoting the RNF team’s press office.
And in 2022, the Italian brand has placed two riders among the top seven, so Miguel Oliveira believes it is possible to achieve a good result this year.
“Whenever we have the chance to prove it, we are competitive. Knowing that Barcelona were like that last year [um circuito] Especially good for Aprilia, I can’t wait to get there”, concluded Miguel Oliveira.
The Catalunya Grand Prix is the eleventh race of the season.
Italian Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) leads the championship with 251 points, 62 points ahead of Spanish runner-up Jorge Martin (Ducati).
Miguel Oliveira is in 15th place with 40.
