aMeghan Markle and Prince Harry’s bodyguards have been accused of ignoring one of the couple’s neighbours.
After moving into their Montecito, California mansion in 2020, 88-year-old Frank McGinnity said he stopped by the couple’s property to give them a housewarming gift. The man indicates that he lives near the home of the Dukes of Sussex and that he wanted to give them some of the films he had made about the history of the area.
One US Navy veteran, who was in his book, Get Off the Street, recalls this alleged episode with the bodyguards of King Charles III’s son.
“I have a big house next to Harry and Meghan’s property and live in the guest house while I rent out the main house on Airbnb,” The Independent quoted Montecito Journal as saying.
Harry and Meghan live in the old McCormick house and I went to the gate with the movies on CD but they weren’t interested. The guy at the gate waved at me and didn’t take the movie, just said they weren’t interested. I was trying to be a good neighbor“, He said.
“We don’t see them here very often. It’s amazing that they come here. People are usually older. It’s where elephants die.”
