During his intervention, he presented the project “Campaign to promote silence” by ULS Médio Tejo. The main aim of this campaign is to create a quieter hospital environment that is conducive to the recovery of users, by reducing noise levels in healthcare settings. This initiative stands out as an example of how small changes can have a big impact on wellbeing and the quality of care provided. The seminar was organised by the National Committee for the Humanisation of Healthcare in the National Health Service (CNHCS-SNS), to promote the national commitment to continuous improvement of healthcare services, with a focus on the dignity and respect of users.
