May – The Chamber delivered the electric car to the health center.

The President of the Macau City Council, Vasco Estrella, delivered one of the vehicles resulting from the signing of the lease and use contract for electric vehicles financed by the PRR, with ARSLVT. The Municipality delivered the vehicle to the USCP/Mação Health Center to support the provision of home care in the Municipality. This action results from the process of acquiring electric vehicles included in the PRR – Reinvestment – C01-i01- “Primary Health Care with More Answers”, which includes the objective i1-10 to make electric vehicles available to support the provision of home care in health centers, taking into account the transfer of powers to Municipal Bodies in the field of health under Articles 13 and 33 of the aforementioned Law No. 50/2018 and under the provisions of paragraph e) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 5. of Article (15) of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. 23/2019, as currently drafted, the ownership of the vehicles and their fees are transferred to the Municipalities. The handover of the vehicle by the Municipal Council of Macau to the Macao Health Center was attended by Casimiro Ramos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Local Health Unit (ULS) Médio Tejo, and Carlos Gil, Board Member of the Local Health Unit (ULS) Médio Tejo, as well as the staff, nurses and doctors who currently provide services at the Macao Health Center.
