The MEO Marés Vivas Festival, scheduled for July 15, 16 and 17, will be held in the former Madalena Camping Park, in Vila Nova de Gaia. Admission tickets are almost sold out and there are only tickets for the 15th day, with Brian Adams as the headline.
The home of the Marés Vivas is still the Vila Nova de Gaia, but the location of the place is different. This year, festival-goers will be able to watch concerts at the former Madalena Camping Park, in Gaia.
The case is five times the size of the previous site and has more capacity and more space. Festival-goers will be closer to the beach and in a more comfortable and safe space with better access between the different stages.
This year, Marés Vivas is also presenting, for the first time, a new initiative: Roda de Samba, where she will perform the Orquestra Bamba Social in a double dose (in late afternoon and night), in a 360-degree format, where the audience will mingle with the ensemble.
The three-day festival is almost sold out with only tickets left for the 15th day, of which Brian Adams was the headline. Maluma and Anitta are the faces of the remaining days, for which there are no longer tickets. Three-day admission tickets and three-day VIP passes were also sold out.
In addition to these artists, the festival will also see the presence of Jesse J, James or Maximo Park, as well as Portuguese musicians such as Dino de Santiago, Miguel Araujo and Diogo Besara.
Marés Vivas tickets can be purchased at the usual points of sale (Fnac, Meo Blueticket, Ticketline and Masquetick) and daily tickets cost 45 euros. The cost of the three-day ticket, which was already sold out, was 80 euros. Doors open at 4 pm. To get to the enclosure, you can use, in addition to the car, public transport (see over here different options).
