Luis Alleluya’s eldest son, Joao Aloya, used social media to advocate for the use of “cheerful colors” at his father’s funeral ceremonies, which began on Tuesday.
The awakening took place today in the Exiquial Chapels of the Basilica da Estrela, but to young João’s grief, not everyone responded to his wishes.
Convinced that the best way to remember his father’s memory in a happy way is for everyone to wear colorful clothes, Luís Aleluia’s son wanted to boost the demand.
He stated on the social networking site Instagram, “At the funeral all in bright colours, I saw people dressed in black today. My dad doesn’t deserve that, please respect.”

Luis Aloya’s funeral procession will take place tomorrow, June 28, heading to the crematorium at Olivais Cemetery. The actor, who gave life to the famous boy Tonikas, passed away last Friday. He was 63 years old.
