The Spanish National Police have arrested a man suspected of filming an underage girl under her skirt during a bus trip.
According to a press release issued by the police on Sunday and quoted by him ABCThe incident happened on Wednesday, when the young man was traveling from a city in Mallorca to Palma, Spain, with some friends.
The man, who is of Spanish nationality, boarded the bus with a strange attitude towards the group of minors, trying to approach them and change his location several times, until he pointed his cell phone at the victim at a certain moment.
The teens decided to switch places in an attempt to escape the uncomfortable situation, however, the person moved to a nearby row and again used their cell phone to photograph them. The man looked at the minor in an intimidating manner and with the intention of establishing physical contact, he even focused the cell phone on her legs and her organs.
Given what happened, when the bus arrived at the Palma multimedia station, the minors asked the security guards for help, and they informed the national authorities, explaining that they had arrested a man for filming a girl under her skirt.
The police went to the scene and identified the suspect, who confessed to filming the minor.
He said, “I’m out of my mind, I screwed up.”
The man ended up being arrested as the presumed accused of a crime against privacy.
