The edition was characterized not only by the absence of major technology companies, but also by the absence of key people responsible for Portuguese politics, such as Prime Minister António Costa and President of the Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

The analysis was conducted by Miguel Prado, one of the Expresso journalists who followed the event.
