A The tribute was paid as the British Rolling Stones celebrated the 60th anniversary of their careers.. After the Beatles (2007), Pink Floyd (2016) and Queen (2020) films, Royal Mail (UK Postal Service) now pays homage to the Stones with a collection of 12 stamps that will be in circulation from January 20.
From the concert in Hyde Park (London) in 1969 to the concert in Germany in 2017, there are iconic images of the British ensemble and its various components operating for decades and in different countries. Drummer Charlie Watts, who died in August 2021, was also commemorated in the collection.
